We have developed a state of the art proxy harvesting system. We are continuously  scanning networks with multiple servers located around the word for the latest fresh working proxies. We then test one to confirm it’s anonymous level if it supports GET, Cookies, Referrer, Post and SSL and it’s Query/Latency level.  We also determine the proxies location and list its country, region and state all this information is available with our websites proxy interface where you can filter and sort the list using any of the listed fields. Once you have the proxies you are looking for you can export the proxies IP and Port to a text file list that you can download.
